Claim one of ten positions in each ZIP you actively serve. Build one verified profile, connect it to your markets, receive first consideration in RealtorZip matching, and measure whether sampled AI searches recognize your public record.
$50–$100
per ZIP position / month
Ten positions maximum in every ZIP.
$199 once
For agents who prefer help preparing a strong, consistent public profile. This service is optional and never required to keep an active ZIP position.
Custom
Larger organizations can coordinate multiple agents without changing the ten-position limit in each ZIP. Scope and pricing should match the actual team rather than a premature public SKU grid.
AI discovery coverage
Vendors in this category advertise a platform count. A count is only honest if every row can be named and evidenced, so here is the list instead — with the furthest state RealtorZip can actually verify for each. Assistants that run on an index already listed are not counted twice: Copilot is grounded in Bing, and Brave Leo is Brave Search with a chat window.
| Surface | Furthest verified state | What that means here |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT (OpenAI) | Observed | Crawlers permitted; RealtorZip samples real answers and records prompt, excerpt, citations, and date. |
| Google Search & AI Overviews | Indexed | Index status readable in Google Search Console. Google does not report AI-feature appearance per URL. |
| Google Gemini grounding | Accessible | The Google-Extended token is permitted, which is what accessible claims. It emits no distinct crawler, so individual fetches cannot be attributed in logs. |
| Microsoft Bing — and Copilot through it | Submitted | Sitemaps and IndexNow submission with retained receipts. Copilot is grounded in Bing, not a separate surface. This row advances to Indexed only when Bing's per-URL traffic API reports real impressions — a stored console status is not accepted as proof. |
| Perplexity | Accessible | PerplexityBot permitted; hits verified against Perplexity's published IP list. No submission path exists. First-party index checks through Perplexity's Search API are built and disabled by default; this row advances only when a stored check finds the page. |
| Anthropic Claude | Accessible | Claude-SearchBot permitted; hits verified against Anthropic's published bot list. No submission path exists. |
| Meta AI | Accessible | Meta-WebIndexer permitted. Meta publishes no crawler IP list, so attribution is user-agent only. |
| Apple — Siri, Spotlight, Safari | Accessible | Applebot permitted. Apple operates no webmaster console, submission, or citation report. |
| Amazon Alexa | Submitted | Amazonbot and Amzn-SearchBot permitted, and Amazonbot participates in IndexNow — RealtorZip's URL submissions reach it with retained receipts. No index or citation reporting exists; lowest relevance of this list. |
| Brave Search | Indexed | Presence verifiable by query. Brave publishes no distinct user-agent, so crawler access cannot be logged. |
No surface on this list can be made to recommend anyone, and RealtorZip does not sell that. Only OpenAI today supports sampled observation of real answers. Some surfaces offer first-party paths further up the ladder — Bing per-URL impressions, Perplexity index checks, Amazon IndexNow submission — and each row advances only when a stored receipt proves it, never before.
Limitations and evidence
“Published”, “accessible”, “submitted”, “indexed”, “observed”, and “recommended” mean different things. RealtorZip performs the first three. The last three are decided by the platform — RealtorZip can measure them and report what it saw, but never promise them.
| State | What it means | Who decides it |
|---|---|---|
| PublishedRealtorZip does this | RealtorZip created your first-party profile and ZIP pages with structured data. | RealtorZip |
| AccessibleRealtorZip does this | Those pages permit the platform's crawler to fetch them, with canonical URLs and sitemap inclusion. | RealtorZip, through robots directives and headers |
| SubmittedRealtorZip does this | A supported submission, feed, or console process was completed — where the platform offers one. | RealtorZip, only where a submission path exists |
| IndexedPlatform decides | The platform's own index or knowledge system shows the page or entity exists. | The platform |
| ObservedPlatform decides | A controlled sample produced an actual mention or citation, recorded with the exact prompt, answer, and date. | The platform; sampled and reported by RealtorZip |
| RecommendedPlatform decides | The platform chose to put you in an answer. RealtorZip never sells, promises, or influences this. | The platform, always |
A RealtorZip position provides limited participation, verified publishing, first consideration in RealtorZip-controlled matching, visibility measurement, and referral eligibility. It does not create ownership of a ZIP, guarantee a third-party AI recommendation, or guarantee clients, listings, transactions, closings, or revenue.
